Loss Mitigation Administrative Specialist

Loss Mitigation Admin Specialist, The Loss Mitigation Admin Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing backend functions related to loss mitigation. This includes mortgage insurance reporting, FNMA and Freddie Mac delinquency reporting, loan reclass functions, trial payment plan monitoring, payment postings, invoice monitoring and payment processing and assist in pre-foreclosure referrals as needed.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Additionally, the specialist will handle and electronically process incoming and outgoing correspondence, implementing meticulous procedures for identification, imaging, logging, and categorization to ensure proper routing
