#To learn more about our benefits, please visit Baxter Health Careers # Benefits. # JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of and degree holder from a Physical Therapy Education Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education Preferred experience: 12 to 18 months related experience, excluding clinical affiliations required to complete a#degree Certifications: Current Arkansas PT license in good standing required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to perform the following:# Must have the ability to: communicate effectively, orally and in writing; focus with attention to detail, solve problems and make decisions; show compassion to those in pain/functional loss; handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.

Must be able to stand and walk, and bend, stoop and twist, push, pull and occasionally lift up to 250lbs for up to 8 hours each day. Requires repetitive hand movements. Must have a keen sense of hearing and visual acuity. Must have good manual dexterity. Must be able to operate a computer keyboard and PC mouse to utilize computer software for patient care documentation.
