Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation Work as a team to achieve sales targets Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation About You Friendly, confident and engaging communicator Thrive in a fast-paced, festive retail environment Flexible availability during peak Christmas weeks Retail or customer service experience is a plus – enthusiasm is essential!
