Subway Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, including but not limited to supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations Supervise and train staff members Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
