You’re a Great Fit If You… Have a genuine passion for early childhood education Are reliable, engaging, patient, and thrive in a dynamic classroom Love building relationships with children, families, and your team Are flexible and ready to adapt to the needs of your students and school What You Bring… At least 23 years of age Valid driver’s license required Clean driving record for the last five years Successful background check and VA licensing standards First aid and CPR certification Ability to drive a school bus to transport children to and from school Ability to commit to a split shift schedule Compensation… The hourly rate for this position is between $15.

00 - $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.

What You’ll Do… Drive bus on all scheduled routes to and from school as well as approved activities Always operate within the legal speed limits and in safe fashion without exception Communicate with teachers, parents and children to meet the needs of each transported child Work a split shift, leaving the middle of your day free!
