Business Purpose Loans Mortgage Underwriter

Reporting to the VP, Mortgage Operations, this role is responsible for evaluating and making sound credit recommendations for borrowers seeking business purpose financing. The position involves thorough loan reviews and underwriting in alignment with company & investor guidelines, playing a critical role in safeguarding the quality of the company’s asset portfolio and minimizing financial risk.

The role is responsible for performing comprehensive analysis of borrower/ entity creditworthiness, financial standing, investment history and collateral attributes.
