Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily Bistro operations, including preparing and serving foods to patrons, various cleaning and sanitation tasks, and managing the cash register May assist with catering and working on other community events as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a cook in a LTC or commercial restaurant kitchen preferred Food Handler certificate or Manager certificate required BASSET training Ability to maintain/renew certifications as required Must be able to fluently communicate verbally and in written English Must project a positive image of KBH through words, actions and appearance
