AVP, Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator, under the direction of the SVP of Business Intelligence and working in our Headquarters daily, will own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Bank’s Salesforce environment—built on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and supported by Analytics Studio and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the platform, combining hands-on administration, business analysis, and light development to deliver clean data, actionable reporting, and scalable, compliant solutions. The role will also support and train users, troubleshoot issues, improve banking processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and maintain secure, accurate customer data to help deliver exceptional service.
