Beauty Advisor / Retail Sales Associate - Skin Care & Cosmetics (Abu Dhabi)

Join exotiColors By MAYSARi, a UAE retail group established in 2009 with 30+ shops and kiosks across the country. We are hiring a Beauty Advisor (Retail Sales Associate) for our skin care and cosmetics stores in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, in-store sales role. You will be the face of the brand: welcoming customers, understanding their skin care needs, and recommending the right products.

What you will do

Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience. Advise customers on our health & beauty and skin care products and explain product usage. Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Keep merchandise well displayed, replenished, and in line with visual merchandising standards. Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes. Working hours: full-time, retail shifts (mall hours), including weekends on rotation. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.

Requirements

Currently based in the UAE. Minimum 1 to 2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty, skin care, or cosmetics. Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling. Confident communicator in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus. Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.

Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets. Basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems. Presentable appearance and professional attitude. High school diploma or higher.
