Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all HR operations for the Korea site. Coordinate HR policies and key initiatives Operate and enhance global performance management cycles, feedback processes, and coaching for people managers including feedback mechanisms Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor compliance Implement training programs for Managers and Soft Skills Support succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent identification Provide data-driven HR insights (turnover, engagement, workforce analysis) Champion cultural initiatives and employee engagement strategies Support workforce planning, budgeting, organizational design, and talent pipeline initiatives Optimize and enhance Workday modules (HCM, Talent, Performance) & translate HR needs into system improvements and user-friendly workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field Hands-on experience in HRM Experience working with global teams or multinational environments Strong communication and presentation skills English proficiency (intermediate or above, both verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications Experience as HRBP or project lead for HR transformation initiatives Demonstrated success in implementing succession and leadership development programs Proficiency in global HRIS (e.
g., Workday) Previous experience in multinational or joint venture manufacturing companies
