Responsibilities

Assist retail customers and service technicians with identifying and ordering automotive parts and accessories. Process parts sales, orders, returns, and special requests accurately. Maintain inventory, organize stock, and track backorders. Provide excellent customer service while helping maximize department sales. Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Automotive parts experience is a plus! Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team. Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
