Director, Accounting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Accounting based in United States. The Director, Accounting will lead the accounting function across multiple revenue-generating entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and operational excellence.

This leadership role oversees the full accounting cycle, with a particular focus on revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. The successful candidate will drive efficient monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while maintaining compliance with US GAAP and applicable internal control requirements.

Working closely with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership, the Director will deliver actionable financial insights that support strategic planning and business growth. The role also offers an opportunity to strengthen accounting systems, optimize workflows, and lead initiatives that improve scalability and reporting accuracy.
