Job Title: Surgical Technologist
- Program Director Full time/ Hybrid - 8-5 pm Location: 12230 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77092Summary: Work under supervision to standardize, coordinate and analyze assigned programs. Supervise staff and assist in day-to-day management operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Supervise and evaluate instructional staff. Direct advisory committee activities for program.Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.Monitor instructor lesson plans and their posting.Screen instructional applicants. Review curriculum and textbooks with instructors, program managers, advisory board, and school director.Review student evaluations of instructors and programs, externship evaluations, employer surveys, and graduate surveys with the school director.Interview prospective students during enrollment process as needed.Conduct new student orientation as needed.Review completion and placement rates with placement manager and school director.Schedule in-service training. Develop yearly start date calendar.Assist registrar in maintaining employee and student records.Monitor TWC, federal and accrediting standards compliance.Monitor policy/procedure compliance.Assist with new program development.Assist with student advising. Assist Campus President with administrative functions. Other jobs as assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum five years’ experience as Surgical Technologist.CST Certified Surgical Technologist
- Certification Current. Ability to present a professional image and act as a role model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines
