Manager - High Capacity Transit (HCT) Development

Under general supervision, the High Capacity Transit Manager is responsible for establishing and managing a process to plan and design the High Capacity Transit (HCT) system in partnership with local governments, community groups, and citizens for the Seattle and Tukwila Infill Stations. This role requires the application of project management expertise to oversee the project development and environmental process to build consensus and reach agreements between members of the affected communities and the design team regarding the alignment, station locations, design features, and environmental impact mitigation of the HCT system.
