- Study, evaluate the operation of all plants with the view to improve performance and efficiency of plants.
- Monitor all process parameter and to ensure plant personnel strictly adhere to set parameters.
- Monitor variations in process conditions that may affect end product quality.
- Ensure all department personnel are properly trained in all related job function and computerized system, in carrying out their duties at the optimum level.
- Keep up to date the content/records and implementation of all related work manual/s, procedure/s and work instruction/s in the department reflective of ISO 9001, HACCP, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, RSPO, ISO 22000, KOSHER and HALAL
- Initiate quality improvement and cost saving program, investigation of any non-conformities or discrepancies and ensure the effectiveness of all procedural implementation that may be implemented by the company from time to time.
- Ensure all machineries consign to the production department are at the utmost performance level by ensuring on time servicing, calibration and maintenance.
- Ensure efficient coordination with installation, quality controller/s, supplier CPO, customer/s and transporter on the movement of product. To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.
