Compensation

This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact. Schedule: 37-40 -hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 | Generous PTO, no blackout dates.
