Controller/Senior Accountant Canton, Ohio | $120,000–$140,000/year | Full-Time | Hybrid 3 Days In Office / 2 Days From Home Take The Next Step In Your Career With This Exciting Role A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Controller who can take ownership and play an important role in a growing company.

This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership, bring ideas to the table, work directly with leadership, and help shape the financial side of a growing company. If you want your work to matter and don't want to be just another number, we'd like to meet you.

Own the company's day-to-day accounting operations Full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations Do the month-end close and financial reporting process Support cash management, budgeting, and financial planning Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and efficiency Provide accurate financial information and insight to leadership Take ownership of accounting projects and initiatives This is a hands-on position.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable both thinking strategically and getting into the details.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong full-cycle accounting experience Strong Excel and accounting skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Able to work independently and take ownership Comfortable being the primary internal accounting professional Strong communication skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Public accounting or CPA firm experience is a plus Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is curious, accountable, proactive, and excited about helping a growing company get to the next level.
