• Casual On Call / Part Time Respect | Resilience | Integrity Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives. Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred, but not required. Shifts: Casual On Call employees are able to pick up available shifts when it works for their schedule. The requirements for Casual on Call employee are as follows; Minimum 24 hours per month (with at least one (8) hour shift being a weekend shift each month) AM Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00pm, PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Overnight Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Holiday Rotation (must select 2 holidays per year) Pay: $15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant years of experience) Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials (Additional $1/hour) Weekend Shift Differential (Additional $1/hour) Responsibilities and duties: Assisting residents with all of their ADL's (activities of daily living) including; dressing, dental hygiene, toileting and showering.
