Retail Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience. Meet sales, conversion, and productivity targets. Maintain strong product knowledge and use effective sales techniques. Manage assigned merchandise, monitor stock levels, and support inventory control. Assist with visual merchandising, promotions, floor sets, and seasonal displays.

Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Process sales transactions, returns, discounts, deposits, and floats accurately. Support inventory counts, audits, loss prevention, and safety initiatives. Report incidents, theft, damages, and potential hazards promptly.

Identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
