Service Sales Engineer

Summary Bühler Group in Casablanca, Morocco, is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as Customer Service Sales Engineer. In this role, you will grow our after-sales business (spare parts, service agreements, retrofits and upgrades) with milling and food-processing customers in North Africa, develop our customer base, implement the business strategy and ensure that business targets are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Identify new business opportunities and promote spare parts, retrofits, and service solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate orders with customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

Update CRM data, coordinate with internal teams, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Agri-Food Engineering. Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or service in milling, grain processing or food-processing equipment. Fluent in English, French and Arabic. Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
