Description : The business analyst is responsible for analyzing and modelling existing business processes.

The goal of business process analyst is to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. A thorough understanding of the current state of the organization and product is necessary prior to recommending changes related to implementing a new business solution.

Create a detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications. Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation. Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions. Should involvement in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.
