OneWiseTech is the technology services team supporting Rocky Mountain Care and its affiliated facilities, providing the systems and support that caregivers, clinicians, and business teams rely on every day. In this role, you’ll become a trusted resource for multiple applications and business areas. You’ll troubleshoot issues, support users, manage application lifecycles and integrations, work with vendors, and help teams get the most out of the technology they use every day. What You’ll Do Serve as an application expert across multiple systems and business areas. Support enterprise applications throughout their lifecycle, including data integrations. Troubleshoot application and user issues with patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach. Manage complex and escalated issues that require support beyond Tier

1. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and project documentation. Train employees and support teams on application functionality, best practices, and proper system use. Work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and support application needs. Stay informed about medical rules and regulations that affect assigned applications and areas of responsibility. Help identify opportunities to improve application support processes and the user experience. Prioritize and organize incoming requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimal travel may be required. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is technically capable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping others. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with teams across the organization. 1–3 years of experience using or supporting an EMR/EHR system. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, cloud-based tools, and Windows operating systems. Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare-related systems. Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, PHI, and PII. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion. The ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused during periods of high support volume. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Preferred Experience Clinical or healthcare experience. Experience administering or supporting EMR/EHR or other clinical software.
