Bilingual Japanese Customer service

An international bank is seeking the bilingual Japanese Customer Service Associate, who is responsible for providing a telephone service customer service to the bank’s client. Responsibility includes; Handle banking inquiries, Provide online banking support. Performs wire transfer processing. Solve client inquiries. Utilize Bank documents and agreements to make decisions and analyze risk.
