FOH MANAGER (Hourly) Little Miss BBQ | Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time At Little Miss BBQ, our mission is simple: be the best part of someone’s day. We’re looking for a hands-on FOH Hourly Manager who leads by example, develops great people, and creates an exceptional experience for every guest. THE ROLE As an FOH Manager, you will: Lead FOH shifts and ensure smooth, efficient service Coach, train, and develop FOH team members Create a welcoming, exceptional guest experience Maintain service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards Monitor guest flow, line management, and overall shift execution Assist with opening, closing, and labor management Address guest and team concerns with professionalism and urgency This is a hands-on leadership role.

Our managers work alongside their teams, stay engaged on the floor, and set the standard through their actions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of front-of-house or restaurant leadership experience; high volume or fast-casual experience strongly preferred. Cash-handling and POS experience Proven ability to train, coach, and develop hourly team members into future leaders. Serv. Safe Food Protection Manager certification, Title 4 Alcohol certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
