• Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment i n Colebrook, NH . Contract Details Days 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 8; Monday
• Friday Start Date: 11/2/2026 NOVEMBER 2nd START DATE Contract: 13 Weeks Location: Colebrook, NH Hourly Pay: $ 34.70 Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $ 2287.00 Physical Therapist need for hospital-based outpatient outpatient and inpatient acute & swing at Critical Access Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluating patients’ mobility, strength, and physical function Developing individualized treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques Using hands-on therapy and specialized equipment to support recovery Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed Educating patients on injury prevention and long-term mobility strategies Documenting treatment outcomes and patient progress Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer Requirements Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience ;NO NEW GRADS Must have Outpatient experience Inpatient experience highly preferred New Hampshire License required/Compact Allowed Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills , professionalism, and reliability Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
