Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads all field sales coverage within an assigned geographic territory. This is a channel leadership role, not a solo-seller role. The RSM manages and scales through the local Manufacturer Rep Firms (“Reps”) working in territory, owns and grows the branches of National Dealers and their local sales teams, drives Partner Program adoption among indirect security dealers who buy through distribution, serves as the direct account owner for Regional Distributors and Direct OEM partners in territory.
