Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Landscape Maintenance Crew Member $18-$22 per hour + bonus Work outdoors, learn valuable landscape skills, and help keep premium properties looking their best. Currin Outdoor Living is looking for a dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to perform routine landscape care as part of a collaborative field team. Experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

& Benefits $18-$22 per hour + bonus Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Vacation Pay Professional Development Opportunities What You'll Do Perform landscape maintenance duties as directed by the Crew Leader. Safely operate landscape equipment. Help with mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, cleanup, and general property upkeep.

Complete assigned work to a high standard of quality. Learn and develop landscape skills using company software and training. Work collaboratively with the crew to complete daily assignments safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Willingness to work outdoors and learn. Ability to perform physically active landscape work. Dependability and ability to work as part of a team. What Will Help You Stand Out Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic landscape equipment, including blowers, trimmers, and mowers, is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment This is an active outdoor position. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds and work in heat, cold, humidity, wet conditions, noise, dust, pollen, and around landscaping equipment.
