Associate/Sr. Associate - Infrastructure

Harrison Street is seeking to hire an Associate or Sr. Associate within our Infrastructure team that will focus on the firm’s infrastructure investment efforts. Candidates should be self-starters who possess excellent analytical skills, superior written, research, and oral communication skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex financial models used for investment underwriting, valuation, financing, and asset management decisions.

Critical industry skills include knowledge of the infrastructure sectors, project finance expertise, and overall investment acumen. The individual must be able to effectively allocate time between multiple immediate, short-term and mediumterm tasks, meet strict deadlines, and provide analytical support for multiple people within the firm.

The position is available in the firm’s Chicago office.
