Job description

Standard Job Description The candidate will be responsible for developing production‑operation estimates for TINA/FAR‑compliant proposals and Cost Management for development contracts. This role involves but not limited to: Analyzing historical actuals and applying learning‑curve techniques. Building and maintaining cost models and conducting trend analysis to forecast future production lot estimates.

Preparing a clear basis‑of‑estimate (BOE) rationale to support each estimate. Completing monthly estimate-at-complete (EAC) assessments and earned value analysis. Presenting data and findings to Production Operations leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Finance-related field or similar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating labor estimates and learning curve application.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance. Desired Skills
  • Experience using SAP ERP system.
  • Experience with FAR proposals and creation of BOEs (Basis of Estimate).
  • CAM (Control Account Manager) certified or experience in EAC development.
  • Experience or education in manufacturing.
  • Experience in data analytics and/or creating tableau dashboards. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
