ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE An earned master's degree from an accredited institution in School Counseling, Counselor Education, or a related field.

Valid Florida Department of Education Certification in School Counseling . Ability to work with diverse groups. Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Computer skills as required for the position.
