How you’ll contribute A Medical Lab Technician who excels in this role: Performs common testing procedures and reports test results. Performs instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.

What we’re looking for Education: Associate’s Degree in Science Required Certifications: BLS required within 30 days of hire Experience: One year of experience in a hospital setting preferred License: MLT Certified through ASCP or AMT Preferred Skills and Abilities: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
