Mobility Vehicle Procurement Administrator

Position Summary

The Vehicle Purchasing Administrator is responsible for handling all dealer paperwork to process vehicle purchases from the MVP’s. Reviews vehicle titles, processes payments, and other administrative tasks associated with purchasing vehicles. Also provides updates to sellers and Mobility. Works staff on vehicle pickup and title status.

Works system Provides sellers appropriate documentation to finalize purchase Works with and assists Vehicle Transportation Manager on arranging transportation Updates sellers and Mobility. Work staff on vehicle pickup and title status Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements: High school diploma or GED required 3 + years of inventory and sales experience Excellent customer service skills and experience is required Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required Competency using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check Physical Demands/Work Environment: Able to function capably in an office environment using standard equipment (telephones, fax machines, computers, copiers, etc.) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
