Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor – Clinical, Outreach Services is a member of Nodin’s Outreach Services team, which includes travelling counsellors, school-based counsellors, a hostel-based counsellor, and mobile outreach staff. The Supervisor works collaboratively with supervisees to ensure the safety and well-being of clients through the delivery of ethical, high-quality clinical services, and to support supervisees in upholding professional and clinical standards.
In this role, the Supervisor provides oversight through monitoring, observation, mentorship, coaching, and evaluation. They foster a supportive environment that promotes accountability, self-motivation, continuous learning, and professional development.
