Loader Operator

A Loader Operator ensures the plant’s grounds and operations are neat, orderly, and working properly. Essential Skills: Willingness to learn Commitment to Safety Strong Attention to detail Communication Skills Ability to work with a team to achieve company goals Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Essential Job Function: Able to work flexible hours and shifts and be reliable and punctual.

Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to be trained on and operate all equipment needed. Ability to climb ladders on ready-mix trucks and aggregate silos Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to work during the day and at night Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Comply with the Company’s personal appearance policy, safety, and P.

P.E. policies. Operate Heavy Equipment in a safe and effective manner Perform daily safety and maintenance checks, including checking oils Maintain the Equipment by keeping the interior and exterior clean Practice workplace, truck, and equipment safety according to OSHA standards Establish and maintain a professional and friendly relationship with the Company’s customers, clients, management & co-workers.

Comply with all safety requirements & policies, as well as report unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents immediately to the plant manager. Willingness to learn plant maintenance (Welding, Cutting, General Maintenance) Willingness to learn all equipment (Haul truck, Track hoe, Loader, Skid steer) Other duties as assigned Perform job functions as defined by the Company’s policy and management.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Issued Driver’s License Experience with Heavy Equipment is Preferred Must be able pass Pre-employment physical & DOT drug/alcohol screen
