Coffee Shop Manager

The coffee shop manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations of the coffee shop, including maintaining high-quality standards and conditions, ordering supplies, managing day to day staffing, promoting new offerings, leading and motivating a team of Baristas by fostering a positive work environment, and providing consistent, efficient, and extraordinary service for our employees and other customers.

They must be an expert in product knowledge and education, encourage safe work practices, and demonstrate commitment to SRHC's mission, vision, and values. The Coffee Corner Manager must communicate regularly with the Chief Human Resource Officer with regards to management and operations of the coffee shop.
