PAY: $16–$20 per hour plus commission, OTE being**$25-$30**

Experience with consumer debt collection is a plus! Our ideal candidate also meets the qualifications listed below:

• 1+ years of consumer collection experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Professional, courteous, career‑minded approach
• Experience with large balance collections
• Bilingual is a plus

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DEBT RESOLUTION SPECIALIST - COLLECTOR

This is a full‑time role with the following hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9 am – 6 pm
• Wednesday: 10 am – 7 pm
• Friday: 9 am – 5 pm

As our Debt Resolution Specialist - Collector, you'll manage daily outreach to consumers, handle high‑balance accounts, and apply your negotiation skills to reach effective repayment solutions.

Your responsibilities

will include consistent dialing, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring each interaction reflects courtesy and accuracy. You'll actively contribute to team goals, build rapport with consumers, and leverage your expertise to resolve accounts efficiently throughout the day.
