Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of their context to keep your workload organized and relevant.

Meet with account managers to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment. Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution, interacting with other teams and providing feedback along the way. Help configure customized Avature solutions by: Moving configurations from test environments to production. Analyzing and creating relevant reports. Running QA tests to ensure everything works as expected.

Fluent in English and French. Strong analytical capabilities. Exceptional communication skills. Passionate about technology. Advanced education is valued. Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
