JOB SUMMARY

The Manufacturing General Laborer is responsible for supporting daily production operations by performing a variety of tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with production line operations, including assembly, packaging and labeling of products Load and unload raw materials and finished goods Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed (training provided) Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently.

Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Sheet Metal experience preferred. Use band saw, wet saw, dry mitre saw preferred Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.

EDUCATION
