Receptionist/Lobby Ambassador

The Lobby Ambassador/Receptionist is the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role delivers a warm, professional welcome while keeping the lobby secure, organized, and running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Experience: Greet all visitors promptly, notify hosts of arrivals, and answer questions. • Visitor Management: Register visitors, check IDs, issue and collect badges, and keep accurate logs. • Security: Follow access control and emergency procedures; report unusual activity. • Phones & Email: Answer and route main-line calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries. • Rooms & Lobby: Manage conference rooms assignments; keep the lobby tour-ready with daily checklists.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required • 1–2 years of mailroom, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience preferred • Comfortable with handheld scanners, tracking systems, carrier software, and Outlook • Digital Mail: Experience with digital mail scanning and delivery platforms • Certification: Electric pallet jack certification required • Detail-oriented, dependable, and discreet with confidential items • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push loaded carts; must pass a background check
