CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Description: We are seeking an individual who can perform the following tasks with direct supervision available: follow programmed instructions, follow blueprints and standard shop practices, and operate CNC machines to perform a sequence of operations such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, and countersinking on a variety of parts.

Individual will occasionally assist in modification of set up to assure machining within required specifications. After on-the-job training, individual must be able to work with calipers, micrometers, gage pins, custom gages, dial gauges and digital gauges to visually identify defective parts. No previous experience or post-secondary education is required.

Employees will be trained how to complete job tasks such as reading prints, identifying nonconformance issues, and properly operating equipment necessary for the job. Duties/Responsibilities: Use of basic hand and power tools. Loading/Unloading parts. Inspecting for quality. Required Qualifications: Secondary Education or GED.
