TEACHER | SPECIALIST SCHOOL Permanent Opportunity Available from Term 1, 2027 Are you a passionate teacher looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact? Sommerville School is a leading specialist school based in Panmure, with satellite classrooms across 15 mainstream schools, a community programme for young adults aged 18–21, and a dedicated Outreach Service.

Experience in specialist or inclusive education is an advantage, but passion, adaptability, and a commitment to making a difference matter most. A relevant teaching qualification and current Teaching Council practising certificate are required. A current full New Zealand driver licence is preferred. Salary and conditions align with the Primary Teachers’ Collective Agreement ($62,862–$105,686), plus allowances.
