Job description

Responsibilities

Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats Workshops facilitation and requirements elicitation Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Assist with the development of detailed and comprehensive project plans Report and escalate as needed Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and their expectations accordingly Risk & Issue Management Conflict management

  • Identify differences in understanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed Create and maintain documentation as required Timely and accurate communication and distribution of information Assist with managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning, budgets, forecasting and status reporting Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in a timely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines Accountability - take ownership of assigned tasks and pro-actively managing priorities Growth mindset - improve based on lessons learned / feedback Skills: Attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group of senior stakeholders, managers and subject matter experts Able to work with distributed teams and able to achieve outcomes Attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers and subject matter experts Resilience
