Make Ready Technician

Make Ready Technician Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Make Ready Technician to join our team at Falls of Westpark. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing residential units for new tenants by performing cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure each unit meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of vacant units including floors, walls, appliances, bathrooms, and fixtures. Conduct minor repairs such as patching holes, painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing door locks. Inspect units to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed before tenant move-in. Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to report larger repair needs.

Maintain tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies in good working order. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all make ready processes. Document work completed and communicate status updates to supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in property maintenance, cleaning, or related field preferred. Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and repair techniques. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Work Environment This position requires working on-site at residential properties. The Make Ready Technician will be exposed to various cleaning agents and maintenance tools and must adhere to safety protocols at all times.
