Shop Supervisor 2nd Shift

Shape Technologies Group is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the 2nd-shift machine shop (3 pm-1 am). This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

You will report to the Director of Manufacturing and collaborate closely with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
