Events Manager

About the role

Bridger Photonics is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Events Manager to join our growing marketing organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will own Bridger's events strategy end to end, from our flagship Trailblazers Summit to our growing calendar of regional summits and industry conferences worldwide.

Conferences and live events are a critical avenue for Bridger's growth. This role isn't just about logistics, it's about making sure every event Bridger shows up to, or hosts, earns its place on the calendar and drives pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone who can step into well-built processes, quickly find where they can be sharpened, and treat this function as the strategic growth lever it is.

Success looks like a trusted, detail-driven owner of the events function who can walk into an existing program, identify what's working, sharpen what isn't, and tie every event back to pipeline and business impact.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end planning and execution of the Trailblazers Summit, Bridger's cornerstone customer event held annually in Bozeman, MT. Plan and run regional Trailblazers-style summits across international markets, adapting the format to local audiences and logistics. Manage Bridger's full conference and trade show calendar, from selection and prioritization through logistics and on-site execution.

Own event logistics for Trailblazers and regional summits, including venue, vendors, speaker and attendee coordination, and on-site execution; provide lighter-touch coordination support for trade show booths (staffing, shipping, and vendor coordination). Build and maintain a consistent framework for measuring event ROI, including pipeline and funnel contribution from each event.

Partner with sales and marketing leadership to prioritize which conferences and events are worth Bridger's time and budget. Manage event budgets, tracking spend against measurable outcomes. Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing event processes and playbooks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in events management, conference planning, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, energy, or industrial sectors. Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events from start to finish, including budget and vendor management.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on complex, multi-workstream projects. Comfortable measuring and reporting on the business impact of events, including pipeline and funnel contribution. Experience managing international or regional event logistics is a plus. A proactive, "happy to help" attitude, and the ability to jump into existing processes and quickly find ways to improve them.

Experience in methane emissions management, energy technology, industrial technology, or environmental markets is a plus. About Bridger Photonics, Inc.
