Position Summary

The Santa Ambassador is responsible for creating a magical and memorable holiday experience for guests visiting the Aventura Mall Holiday Village Santa Experience. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, assisting families throughout their visit, coordinating photo sessions, and ensuring the experience runs smoothly and joyfully for all guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests in a warm, friendly, and festive manner Direct and expedite guest visits with Santa, ensuring an organized and enjoyable experience Assist families with photo sessions using proprietary camera equipment and systems Manage crowd flow and maintain a positive, cheerful disposition in high-traffic settings Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, especially with children and families Provide accurate information regarding wait times, photo options, and general Santa Experience details Support overall Holiday Village operations as needed, ensuring the area remains clean, organized, and inviting Collaborate closely with fellow ambassadors, photographers, and management to ensure seamless operations Uphold company standards and policies while making decisions in the best interest of guest satisfaction Qualifications: High School Diploma preferred Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities strongly preferred Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced, high-energy environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to de-escalate situations with professionalism and empathy Familiarity with Aventura Mall and surrounding areas preferred Requirements : Must have full use of eyes, ears, and speech Must be able to stand and move throughout the Santa Experience for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Must demonstrate near vision and depth perception, particularly for photo setup and guest interaction Must remain alert, attentive, and customer-focused at all times May be required to assist other Holiday Village or Concierge Services areas as needed
