Five Zero Trees was born in the Pacific Northwest, with our name paying tribute to Portland's iconic 503 area code. Our roots run deep in Oregon's cannabis community, and we believe great cannabis deserves an equally great experience.

From curious newcomers to experienced enthusiasts, we welcome everyone with genuine hospitality, quality products, and knowledgeable guidance.

What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps customers coming back.
• Help customers explore cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, and other products.
• Build relationships with customers through thoughtful recommendations and genuine conversations.
• Lead by example and support fellow budtenders in providing excellent service.
• Confidently manage shifts independently, including solo opening procedures.
• Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the dispensary clean, organized, stocked, and ready for customers.
• Support product merchandising, inventory accuracy, and daily store operations.
• Follow all OLCC cannabis regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in cannabis and enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge.
• Previous retail and customer service experience.
• Previous leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience.
• Cannabis dispensary experience is a plus.
• Someone dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
• Ability to perform essential job duties, including standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
