Referral Veterinary Nurse

Are you a dedicated and compassionate surgical veterinary nurse looking to advance your skills? Veterinary Referral Services (VRS) is a Best Practice-accredited clinic providing complex diagnostic and surgical care for a range of referral cases from primary veterinary caregivers. We have a new, purpose-built facility with all the expected monitoring, diagnostic and surgical equipment.

About the Job

We are looking for a friendly, dedicated senior surgical nurse to work alongside our team of highly skilled professionals.

Your responsibilities

Assisting with surgical procedures and anaesthetic monitoring, ensuring high standards of clinical care Monitoring and caring for hospitalised patients, both pre- and post-surgery Assisting with endoscopy, ultrasound examinations and digital radiography Engaging with pet owners to help manage the needs of their pets Collaborating with the clinical team, and GP clinics to ensure optimal patient outcomes About you You’re a Diploma qualified Veterinary Nurse with surgical experience, strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
