Position Overview

Twin City Fan is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support the development and execution of sourcing strategies while improving supplier performance across key categories.

This role blends hands-on execution with developing strategic capability. The specialist will work closely with sourcing leadership, engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve cost, delivery, and supplier reliability. The position is ideal for someone who can operate in the details, analyze data, and contribute to supplier and category decisions while continuing to grow their strategic sourcing skillset.

Success in this role is defined by improving supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and supporting more consistent, disciplined sourcing practices.
