Finance Manager The Finance Manager will be responsible for Lead Japan finance team including: Provide Finance leadership for business Develop Controllership infrastructure Successfully integrate Japan finance: Standard financial reporting and metrics Provide Controllership for Momentive Technologies in Japan Manage accounting services Active participant in Japan finance councils Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and tax Qualifications / Requirements: BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business 8+ years progressive financial experience Excellent English skills Knowledge of Japan and US GAAP Desired: Public corporation experience CPA Knowledge and experience of ERP Familiarity with global finance issues 10-20% travel required General: Demonstrated ability to drive change Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong controllership mindset Ability to work in a matrix organization with diverse teams Excellent analytical and organizational skills Creative and innovative problem-solving skills Self-motivated, high energy with high growth potential
